How to disable a specific add-on for certain websites manually?

I know that there has to be a way to edit the about:config to manually disable individual add-ons (addons) for certain sites. Some add-ons have this built into the extension itself but others (like Honey) are either off or on, but I cannot find any documentation on it.

I would still like to use the extension without having to remember to turn it off and on all the time for websites that I do not want it to spam suggestions at me. Thanks in advance.

It's only possible with Manifest V3 extensions. Honey should upgrade their extension to MV3.
