in Thunderbird I have several email accounts like [edited] @cox.com and [edited] @yahoo.net. on only one of these accounts all of the information is in frames. The other accounts work fine. BUT in one of the accounts all information appears in windows frames. How can I remove these red frames from all of my e mails in this one account?

The 'red frames' sounds like what you would normally see if you were editing and they represent tables.

It is possible that somehow those folders may have had a 'drafts' or 'templates' flag set.

Please use this addon:

How to install addon:

If you download the xpi file - image below is a guide.

Once addon extension is installed and is visible in 'Menu app icon > Addons and Themes' > Extensions:

  • Right click on effected folder and select 'Properties'
  • Select the 'Flags' tab
  • uncheck any draft or template flag that has been set, let me know what flags were set.
  • click on OK

Obviously, the 'Drafts' folder should have the 'Drafts' flag. Repeat for each effected folder.
