Hello Thunderbird Support Staff,

My Thunderbird program is no longer working. It doesn't allow me to to download emails, read them via my Inbox or delete them as I normally do. Unfortunately, I don't have an IT person available to bring a disc over and reinstall the Thunderbird software on my laptop.

If it just needs a reinstall over existing version to possibly correct a flawed setup, just download from thunderbird dot net and install . But if TB is running, the problem may be in the profile. . In that case, knowing more about the account and your settings may help.
