My emails are being returned - just started doing it after sending them regularly so not sure what has changed. These emails went thru prior to the last few weeks or so without a problem. It is happening with lots of different addresses - in other words, not just yahoo addresses or gmail addresses. EXAMPLE below:

This is the mail system at host smtprelay03.b.hostedemail.com.

I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.

For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.

If you do so, please include this problem report. You can delete your own text from the attached returned message.

This sounds very like the issue going on with Microsoft.... who is the hosting provider?

Matt =- I am sorry to say that even after looking up the term hosting provider, I don't really know the answer. If it means the address of our mail service it would be "smartwire"

It could be the recipient's email server has rejected your message because of maybe extra strict spam filtering. If this only happens with recipients using a certain email provider, and other recipients work fine, try telling those recipients that have a problem to ask their provider. Sometimes these issues go away as soon as the provider gets enough complaints to investigate. If the message fails to a number of recipients on different providers, there may be a problem with the message itself. Try a short plain text email to see if the same problem occurs. That just helps narrow it down a bit, it's not a cure.
