I can't open my mail in My Gov (my.gov.au) which is the Australian Government website for Centrelink and the Australian Tax Office. I cannot open forms from Department Main Roads. I have to use Google Chrome to be able to do these things. Is there a way I can fix this?

Chosen solution

I tried removing cache and cookies but it did not help. I changed to Troubleshoot mode but that did not work either. What did work was refreshing Firefox (from a link in the troubleshooter). I can now open the files I need. Thank you Fred for pointing me in the right direction.

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.
