I want it to be hardcoded and re-bundled. So it sets the size as default after installation.

I don't think there are any style rules (for userChrome.css) or preferences (for prefs.js / user.js) that set the window size. An add-on probably can resize a window, but there would be a small delay before it starts up. Possibly a startup script could do it, but I haven't seen code for it myself.
