Hi

I've had to rebuild my PC - I have logged back into Firefox only to find none of my Bookmarks or usernames etc have not sync'd back. Absolutely nothing has come down. I've run a manual sync - blank.

Looks like I've lost about 8 years of data, any help would be good. If sync is only between two devices and not kept in the cloud you should probably be warning users that this is the case.

Is there anything I can do to recover them ?

Just to be sure, you didn't reset the password of the Sync account as that would have removed all data stored on the Sync server ?

You can install the About Sync extension in Firefox 72 and newer on desktop to check what data is stored on the Sync server via the about:sync page provided by this extension.

Close and restart Firefox to access the about:sync page added by this extension (see the about:about page for possible about pages).
