Hello all,

I have a new email provider that when printing from inside the email no print preview opens, only the old dialog box, and if I use the preview button from outside the email itself it is only a blank page, I need to have the preview work with this email service or I will have to find another email service and this is a paid, high security email provider and want to keep it.

What if you turn on the new print experience where the page's call to the Print dialog is intercepted and Firefox shows the combined print/preview/setup overlay? Here's how:

(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk.

(2) In the search box in the page, type or paste tab_mo and pause while the list is filtered

(3) Double-click the print.tab_modal.enabled preference to switch between false (classic print experience) and true (new print experience)

Does the interception work?

Hello jscher2000 !

Thank you very much for the help with this, it worked perfectly.

In fact so much so I made a notepad (.txt) for the FF issues you have helped me with over the month or so and saved it as "about:config" issues so I can copy/paste and quickly reset the "problem areas" of FF if I needed to refresh or reinstall FF.
