is there a way to keep duplicated bookmarks when saving them?
Basically I looking for a way to not deleting duplicated bookmarks when saving all the open tabs. There used to be a plugin for this but is no longer active.

I don't think that this is possible. If there are multiple tabs with the same URL then only one tab is saved if you use bookmark all tabs. You would have to use an extension that allows to save a session.

To have multiple copies of a bookmark, you need to drag a tab to a bookmarks folder (sidebar, Bookmarks Toolbar or Bookmarks Menu button) instead of clicking the already highlighted star as that merely allows to edit the bookmark.
