I've used firefox for a few years without creating an account. Recently, when signing into online accounts, firefox has offered to provide a system generated password (or something like that) - which makes me feel very insecure. I am the only user of my computer, but if someone would get their hands on it and break the computer's password, then firefox would hand them access to all my online accounts with these 'generated' passwords. So I created a firefox account but don't know how to get those accounts 'inside' of the firefox account thanks for whatever help you can give

Firefox stores generated password in the Password Manager (Lockwise).

You can include the logins as part of what data to Sync.

Note that Sync isn't meant (designed) to be used as a backup device and best is to backup your personal data locally.
