Endless "New Pages"
When I am on a Firefox webpage and it site says something like "Click Here" to open a how to file or a pfd or a statement to print...those types of things. Once I click on the button Firefox starts to open new tabs, one after another. It never stops. I end up shutting down Firefox before it finishes. I counted 55 new tabs at one point. But, the new material never shows up either! Any suggestions?

You get tabs opening endlessly if you select Firefox as the application to handle a file when you get an "Open with" dialog.
You need to set the action for Portable Document Format (PDF) to "Open in Firefox".

Thank you so much for this answer. It made Firefox work great again for me. I almost had to go to a different favorite browser, but now I can keep with the best of the best Firefox Forever!
