On Outlook, I like how the messages are each wide. On Thunderbird, these messages are narrow. Can I make it similar to Outlook, whether it be a setting or an add-on?

The Outlook-style message list (Threads Pane) is not currently possible in TB, but the font size and spacing can be increased:
