Try doing this : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode Empty your Browser Cache & Empty any Temp Folders, and if can not do that then start here : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-caused-malware

If something is found save the logs, do not fix anything and go to the forum of your choice and post logs there or do what the site says to do. Post in 1 forum only and wait.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

Maybe check your security software to make sure it isn't interfering.

What security software do you have?

If you have Kaspersky then maybe check the anti-banner setting.
