Every time Firefox updates the Trusteer icon disappears from the address bar and so I can't protect new websites. This has been going on for years and there appears to still be no effective liaison between Mozilla and Trusteer. With all the current emphasis re web security you would think that this ongoing problem would be a priority for Mozilla to sort out - apparently not!

Hi

As an open source organisation, we put a large amount of our future plans for Firefox and other Mozilla software projects in the open for people to see and, crucially, for third parties to configure their software to work with Firefox.

I understand that the method used by this software to work with Firefox is no longer support by Firefox as it causes crashes and hurts Firefox's ability to open web pages. We understand that they are working to reconfigure their software, but at the present time I do not know when that might be available.

I hope that this helps.
