How do I edit or change the auto-fill suggestions in my URL address bar in Firefox?
I sometimes go to Kayak to look at flights and in my Firefox browser whenever I start typing the address it then comes up automatically 'www.kayak.com'. Except the problem is that Kayak changed their default homepage to hotel related searches a year or so ago and every time I go to Kayak I have to click on flights to get to the page I initially wanted. So I just want to know how can I edit the auto-fill suggestion to show 'www.kayak.com/flights' instead of the way it currently shows 'www.kayak.com'.

You can delete items in the list simply by using the up and down arrow and the delete key, but if you continue using two similar addresses and want one to be more important than the other the trick mentioned above should help.

Try making sure you do not have a bookmark for kayak.com but do have www.kayak.com/flights bookmarked
That will make the flights one more important to Firefox Also actually type or paste the full exact address in to the addressbar a couple of times. Again it helps make the address more important. (Firefox uses a frecency algorithm to prioritise some things)
