You must have forgot your info for firefox. Click "Forgot Password".

I already tried that before I contacted you. My id and password are the same for whichever browser I use. So why isn't it working for Firefox.

Would you mind telling me where I would "reset password?" Is that button on your home page? I already tried the forum and had no success in getting an answer to my problem.

Most login pages have a 'Forgot Password' link.

Note you should not put your actual account password in subject as people may misread this as.
