When I send an email, attached documents are ok, the subject of the email too, but the content of the email vanished. My contact will receive an empty email.

I have the following error message, when I send an email: "Un problème est survenu lors de l'insertion du fichier file:///C:/DOCUME~1/AMIRAL~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/nsemail.html dans le message. Voulez-vous continuer l'envoi du message sans le fichier ?" I have the choice between "Ok" and "Cancel"

Temporary files are created when you create emails, open attachments etc. Locate the temp file and delete it. file:///C:/DOCUME~1/AMIRAL~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/nsemail.html

Do you use AVAST ? If yes, recent Avast updates have started to cause an issue with this temp files. Add the file nsemail.html to the Avast exclusion list. This is not the best nor a secure thing to do, but hopefully Avast will fix asap, so that you do not have to do this for very long. It would help if you told Avast of the issue.
