Merging rules need better explaination. All computers cannot be "equal".
If two different browsers being synced, how can they both be "equal". If they are always connected this may be possible, but if one goes offline for a while, and you want to have it get the changes from another, the two can no longer be "equal". Changes from one side need to have preference. Or if you are just starting out with a new client with no addons or bookmarks, does this mean all the addons and bookmarks from the other computers are deleted? The whole thing needs explaining. If one does not understand it, he cannot use, the product becomes worthless.

Sorry the only service on Sync is merge. There is no option to unidirectionally Sync from one to another chosen device. Personally I can think of a few improvements to Sync I would like to see but unfortunately that is off-topic here.

Update In fact weave was a previous name for a sync related project. The forum I mentioned may not now be active. Possibly try instead
