Some issues with query urls have been fixed and this url works in Tb31, due to be released next week.

Please read this guide: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-subscribe-news-feeds-and-blogs

The second FAQ item issue (some code text visible when viewing a feed message as a web page) has been fixed in Tb33.

Assuming you already have a Blogs & News Feeds account set up (File/New/Feed Account), open Tools/Account Settings, select Blogs & News Feeds in the left pane, then click Manage Subscriptions, paste the URL in your post into the Feed URL box, Add, and the feed items should appear when it's selected in the Folder Pane.
