profile switcher for 29?
I just upgraded to Firefox 29 and now the profile switcher no longer works. Anyone have an alternative?

You can downgrade to 28 using the Install an older version of Firefox link. Please be aware that you are risking security and privacy by using an outdated version of Firefox that will soon be insecure after a couple releases.

I found an add-on but I don't think it's supported anymore. You can give it a try.

It is but is there a particular reason to do that? Perhaps there's something we can do to accommodate.
Yes that is the add-on I was using with the previous version but it doesn't work with 29.
With my agency I manage the digital media for almost 20 clients. So for example, each client has their own Twitter account with obviously their own name and password. Without the profile switcher it would mean I would need to log out and log back in every time I wanted to switch accounts, not to mention the potential for posting the wrong stuff to the wrong accounts. The profile switcher was the perfect solution because it saved all cookies for each client in different profiles. This is why it is essential that I find a solution and soon or I'll have to switch to *gasp Chrome and set up all bookmarks and extensions on there. But seeing as how that's about 2 days work, I'd much rather downgrade Firefox than switch.

Most of the times after the release of a new Firefox version, add-ons may become incompatible. It's up to the developer to address these issues and update it accordingly. You can contact the developer from their add-ons page.
I found another one but I don't know if it's a decent alternative to ProfileSwitcher. You might want to bug the developer about updating ProfileSwitcher.

Ya that add on won't work. I also change the theme of each profile, that way I can easily identify what profile I'm using. Can you tell me where to download the previous version of Firefox?
