I no longer see a preview of my "Print Preview" screen as a few weeks ago. I can still pull down the Print Preview tab in Firefox 12, but the image in the Print Preview screen is gray. I tried my browser in Safe Mode without add-on without any luck.

I can open another browser (EI) and Print & Print Preview without any problems.

Any suggestions out there? Do you think I should uninstall and install Firefox 12 again?

Tried Both:

Solution 1) I did not have a print.print_printer file ( So I couldn't proceed.)

Solution 2) Reset all Firefox Printers Settings - I didn't have prefs.js file ( So I couldn't proceed yet again)

Thanks for your response but still no luck. Any other suggestions?

You can use this button to go to the Firefox profile folder:

  • Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Open Containing Folder

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
