Goodnight,

I use Thunderbird with a shared email address, so I apply labels to know who each email received is from. But unfortunately, when I opened Thunderbird, all the tags that had my name disappeared, and I don't think I removed them, as other tags from other people are still there, which doesn't make sense if by chance I had removed all the tags. Would there be a way to get around this problem?

I suggest you change your strategy on identifying your messages, possibly using a filter to move your messages to a separate folder. Tags are sensitive to server updates and I would not rely on them on other than the PC on which they were created.
