These reports are a mix of Out of Memory errors, some small, some large. In the OOM | small cases, it looks like Windows declined a request for 4KB or 8KB, which is tiny, while in the OOM | large cases, it looks like Windows declined a request for 1.3 megabytes or 2.6 megabytes, which is pretty huge. In both cases, the problem could be caused by memory fragmentation and/or low physical memory availability. If you haven't shut down and restarted Windows for a while, it might be time.
