Since 4/23/2020 I have more than 15 crashes @ NS_CycleCollectorSuspect3 bug 1517464
Hi, from April 23 Thunderbird started crashing for no apparent reason, below the IDs of the reports sent: bp-487a956f-6f80-4bf7-bc96-aa9010200423 23/04/20 bp-548a62d5-58ac-406e-b449-0d21b0200424 24/04/20 bp-ed33846e-68c1-45dc-bdf4-37b900200424 24/04/20 bp-84cdb31c-c97a-459e-9cbe-21d5b0200428 29/04/20 bp-f8ff2905-cb84-43ba-8bf6-6aebf0200429 29/04/20 bp-e9959f72-79df-482f-b4f5-774740200430 30/04/20 bp-89a90e19-238b-4a01-84e5-c11af0200430 30/04/20 bp-67a3c45d-f099-4c39-aef0-254010200502 02/05/20 bp-3de3f509-869b-4bec-aed9-82f3d0200506 06/05/20 bp-bca2a38d-5379-431f-934f-759fe0200506 06/05/20 bp-cc0f68e3-4538-463a-ad7c-c6fc20200507 07/05/20 bp-1f43733e-b0d1-4b08-b27e-16e660200507 07/05/20 bp-dbe03c1a-7ce2-41ec-a71f-326e40200507 07/05/20 bp-e2531cf0-24df-4af0-9b49-1735e0200510 10/05/20 bp-daae5df5-80a1-46b5-bf48-849d70200514 14/05/20
I I have authorized the support to send me emails, but I have not received any. I haven't had a crash since September 2015. Best regards

The crash reports were authorized to be sent to Thunderbird to aid monitoring of issues, so major bugs are brought to the attention of those who fix them. They do not send emails to you as the developers spend their time fixing code not corresponding.
What is the current quota for the account?
Please right click on 'Drafts' folder and select 'compact'.
Did this change the quota level ?
There is a mention of this file 'msgHook.dll'. Some info at link below.
Please check this is a valid version. I suggest you exit all programs and reboot computer in 'Safe Mode' to stop all internet connectivity and so computer loads only basics. Then run a full scan on computer.
Thanks for the replies. I manage numerous accounts with Thunderbird, but none are close to the maximum disk space limit. I am using good end-point protection. I followed the suggested procedure anyway, but no problems were detected.
The Modules tab on the crash report shows red flags for software related to Portrait Displays (monitor calibration), QNAP (network storage), Dropbox (remote storage), FileZilla (FTP client) and MS FileSync. The last 4 suggest there's some kind of file backup to network storage causing TB to crash.
Also, your crashes correlate to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1517464 which indicate memory corruption, and so includes the possibly bad memory chips (try swapping memory) and also your sortfolders addon (try disabling).
Please post your results?
Hi, I I launched 100% memory verification from the BIOS and no errors were detected. I disabled the sortfolders addon I will know if the problem is solved only in a few days, if there have been no other crashes If another crash occurs I'll check the active file backup to network storage and I'll try to disable one or more of them Thanks a lot
Today I had a new crash. Now I have disabled the processes related to Portrait Displays (monitor calibration), QNAP (network storage), Dropbox (remote storage) and I'm waiting to see if Thunderbird will be stable.
just an off the wall question. Are any of your IMAP accounts nearing or at Quota?
I have already verified Quota for all my accounts. Even though I stopped the reported processes, Thunderbird crashed several times
