Hi JohnShannon, what is the error message you're getting? You can copy/paste from the error page into a reply. If the page has an Advanced button or other button (not link) to get more detailed information, please use that to find the SEC_ERROR code (or similar ALL_CAPS error code).

The reason I ask that is most errors are not related to checking certificate revocation status, which is the setting I think you're looking for.

Thanks for your reply. I was repeatedly getting variations of "this site does not have a valid certificate," and there was no way to overrule it and go to the site. After a lot of hunting for answers, the attached image is what I received, but it simply doesn't work in the newest Firefox with its changed menus. (Sorry I had to scan it.)

I'm already incensed that Microsoft changed all their menus and submenus from Windows-XP to 10. XP was super, but not even Mozilla would support it any more, so I had to move on. (I can just see the programmers in Redmond: "Hey, let's redesign the keyboard! Wouldn't it be cool if all the vowels were together!" IBM actually did that once putting an extra key inside each shift button. It took me about a week to trash that keyboard. I've been typing since 1963.)

Anyway I got some variation of that message over and over on sites I know are okay (New York Times!) See attached jpg, but there must be a current fix.

Thanks John Shannon
