Plus.net say my browser is blocking their on-line chat facility; how do I stop the blocking?
I need to contact Plusnet about my phone account. Their website says: "Your browser's blocking email chat. To caht to us, please switch off anyad blocking software." How do I do that?

Hi, you could try disabling DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials, although it seems to be Jetpack, which isn't supported anymore - 3-bar menu > Add-ons > Extensions.
In the 3-bar menu > Options > Privacy & Security, set Tracking Protection to Never.
Also, in Privacy & Security, make sure that cookies are enabled.
Restart Firefox and try the site again.
