Hello!

Scrolling on Firefox 54.0.1 is pretty choppy, fps is far from 60 on any site. Tried to refresh Firefox, change from 64 bit to 32 bit - nothing helped. What's wrong?

Thanks in advance!

Hi SomebodyOdd :-)

  1. It would be great if you could provide further information to help us help you: i.e. What URLs are showing choppy scrolling?
  2. Have you tried a new Firefox Profile? (Sometimes old profiles have stuff that causes problems): https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles#w_creating-a-profile

Cheers!

Hello, Roland Tanglao!

1. Okay, if it was one page - I probably could leave that poorly coded site and go ahead to other one. But there is a problem - it occurs on ANY page including this question and even on TXT files from local source. 2. Yes, I tried it before Firefox refresh and bit change - none of it helped.

I also noticed that this problem is gone if some other app is actively using GPU. Yeah, you read it right - if there is some other GPU load scrolling is perfectly fine. My Intel GPU drivers is up-to-date, could this be some kind of bug?

Thanks!
