My wife managed to totally screw up her menu view. I don't know how to get it back

Some how my wife totally screwed up her menu down the left side of her thunderbird window. Neither she nor I can figure out what she did. I tried to drag and rearrange, but it won't let me.

I'll try to include a picture of what she did and what mine is. (image loading is sure slow, and I have two to upload.)

The images simply are not going to upload. It's been about an hour. If you have an email address it will be faster.
