I'm going to hit two birds with one stone here:

Vicky:
The Java error you are experiencing is a bug in Mozilla's site. If you navigate to http://mozilla.org/plugincheck, it actually tells you that Mozilla IS aware of this problem and is in the process of fixing it. There has also been a bug filed

michaelalex1792,
The latest version of Quicktime is 7.7.5 and that's why the plugin site is telling you it is out of date. You can upgrade by downloading the latest Quicktime update:

I didnt post the java thing because I saw on the site that it says that, but that has been happening for a long time not just with java. You are correct about quicktime, but there have been several instances where it says flashplayer is outdated and then i click to update it and then i update it and go back to that page and it still says it is outdated.

Michael,

I'm looking for a bug on that but I don't see one.
You can create one if you want to and see if there is already a duplicate bug for it so you can CC yourself in the original. I, myself, don't have any other information regarding the plugin page besides what I've told you about the bug report above, but maybe some of the other contributors do.
