Our site has a valid SSL and when I run it through whynopadlock.com all the elements check out as secure yet there is no padlock on the checkout page: https://www.lavenderhillcolours.com/checkout/. If I click on the grey globe then it says that the site does not supply identity information and is only partially encrypted. I have switched off all plugins and the problem remains. Other sites such as this one show the green padlock ok. How can I resolve this?

That's great. I've changed it an now we have a grey padlock. It's not green like the one one this page (I'm not sure why) but it's much better. Thank you.

ok, glad that it worked :))

the gray padlock is the indicator that is to be expected for normal https-encrypted connections, the green one is shown when a site is providing a certain kind of certificate (which contains ownership information as is generally more expensive): Green padlock
