while scrolling thru my facebook page. The screen suddenly changed to very small print and blurred / fuzzy not clear. The whole page had changed the way it was showing. So I tried another browser and facebook page was working fine. Went back to firefox and still had issues.

Yes, holding down Ctrl and rotating the mouse scroll wheel is another way to adjust the page zoom in addition to the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl and + to zoom in and Ctrl and - to zoom out and Ctrl and 0 (zero) to reset the zoom.

The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information. Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.

To Reset Firefox do the following:

  1. Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
  2. Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
  3. Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
  4. Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

Further information can be found in the Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings article.

Thanks for responding. Found out from a friend it was a simple fix. I was shocked how easy it was. She told me to ctrl / then scroll bar on mouse. And it fixed the problem. Was so glad it was an easy fix.
