When you download, I would choose to Save rather than Open or Run. You can check here for the latest version (choose your favorite language):

http://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all

If you use any "downloaders" or similar add-ons in IE, you might want to try turning those off before downloading.

Already tried this as well, and when saving file then installing get file corrupt.

I can't ever remember having a corrupted download, so I wonder whether something else on your system might be damaging the file.

Could I suggest some supplemental security scans? These two tools are highly regarded:

Malwarebytes Anti-malware : http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free

SUPERAntiSpyware : http://www.superantispyware.com/

You also might consider downloading the installer on a trusted PC to a USB flash drive and using that to install on the problem PC.
