Updating will not run because of missing files or procedure entry point NSS_InitializePRErrorTable could not be located in nssutil3.dll
After updating the files mozcpp19.dll and mozcrt19.dll are not in the Firefox directory, and the startup conversation says it needs them. If I put them in the the startup does not ask for the files but gives an error Procedure entry point NSS_InitializePRErrorTable could not be located in nssutil3.dll

I have just updated to Firefox 10.0.2 and have the same missing dll issue (Mozcrt19.dll and sqlite3.dll)
As I am also using ZoneAlarm (but not a version with Browser virtualisation) & spotting a comment about ZoneAlarm, I decided to shut ZA down and try Firefox again: it starts without problem.
So my (very) quick fix is to shut down ZA, start Firefox and then restart ZA....

Which security software (firewall, anti-virus) do you have?
Some have virtualization features that can cause problems by protecting and restoring files in the Firefox profile folder.
Do a clean (re)install and delete the Firefox program folder (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\).
Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.
- Firefox 10.0.x: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html
Uninstall your current Firefox version, if possible.
- Do NOT remove personal data when you uninstall the current version or you lose your bookmarks and other data because all profile folders will be removed.
Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.
- It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.

Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored elsewhere in the Firefox Profile Folder and won't be affected by a reinstall, but make sure that you do not select to remove personal data if you uninstall Firefox.
The problem was Zone Alarm required certain files, but they were not part of the Firefox setup. I deleted ZoneAlarm and loaded Microsoft Security Essentials. It still think zone alarm is a problem for MSSE but I have not yet been able to identify why when I have removed it. I have the latest (todays) version of Firefox now running. Thanks for your help.
