While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

We have seen reports that Kaspersky Safe Kids is causing issues with the Chase website.

cor-el - thanks for your interest in my problem. I am using Kaspersky software, but am not using Safe Kids. I do believe the issue may lie with Kaspersky but I'm not 100% sure.

Fred - Kaspersky automatically updates at least every 2 hours. It is always up to date. I certainly have tried diabling Kaspersky when doing online banking and the issue still persists. Any other thoughts.
