Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

Just crashed again but did not make it a report for some reason, I disabled both Lastpass and Kaspersky (I think) any other ideas?

Is LastPass up-to-date on your machine?

From bug report: Upgrading to Kaspersky 2017 (17.0.0.611) should fix the issue.

Remove LastPass and Kaspersky from your system. Any problem?

If not, get the current full installer of only one of them. Is there a problem?

hi again Fire2Fox2, it might help debug the issue if we hand over the crash dump of your crashes over to kaspersky for further analysis. as a crash dump might contain private data (like the sites you were visiting at the time of the crash) we only do so with explicit consent of a user. would you be ok with that?
