My adaptive junk filter logging is enabled, but the log is not logging (on mac OSX)
I'm running Thunderbird 45.0 on mac OS X 10.11.4. I have been using an yahoo IMAP mail account set on Thunderbird for a long time. Everything works fine. However, regarding Junk mail filters, I have the following set on Thunderbird -> Preferences -> Security -> Junk (tab):
Set your default junk mail settings. Account-specific junk mail settings can be configured in Account Settings.
[X ] When I mark messages as junk:
(X ) Move them to the account's "Junk" folder
( ) Delete them
[X ] Mark messages determined to be Junk as read
[X ] Enable adaptive junk filter logging [ Show Log]
[Reset Training Data]
I've been trainning the Adaptive junk mail, marking my messages as Junk or not. The filter seems to be working fine, separating spam messages from relevant messages. It seems everything is working fine, but when I try to view the adaptive junk filter log, clicking on the button "Show logs" it opens a window with a blank text box. It seems that it's not logging anything. It should be logging , right? Am I missing something?
I have already tried to disable and enable "adaptive junk filter logging" again. I have tried clicking "Clear Log" even though it has nothing logged. It simply logs nothing.
Does anyone have a clue about what is going on or a workaround for this?
Thanks in advance to anyone.
