I have my browser set to remember my history, but when I go to the sidebar to look at the browser history, NOTHING shows up! Also, when I close a tab (for example a tab from this website), & I go to the "recently closed tabs" option under "history", the Mozilla icon doesn't show up on the tab I just closed. I hope you understand what I mean. Please help!

In reference to the History Manager, do you mean the "history" drop-down and then the "show all history" option? If so, then when I click the "show all history" a lot of my browser history from today is still missing. I also went to my Firefox profile, looked at the "places.sqlite" files, & unclicked the "read only" thing. That seemed to fix one of the other problems I was having where I couldn't delete any of my bookmarks (the "delete" option wasn't highlighted. However, I think this particular issue is fixed now. I just wish I could figure out how to restore the rest of my browser history that I had 3 months ago. Thanks for the help though.

Is that also happening in the History Manager (Library; Show All History)?

You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database file in the Firefox profile folder.

However, the icons for websites still aren't showing up in the "recently closed tabs" thing.
