Jut installed 4.0 and for some reason when I try to open a web link in a New Window all I get i a blank page. If I use a New Tab the page opens fine. Any ideas?

Disregard. Went through all my add-ons disabling one by one. It was Google toolbar causing it. Guess it needs an update.
