My computer crashed and needs to be sent for repairs. I did not get to log out Firefox and I do not want the repair guys being able to read my emails etc. With the account I have on my phone how do I log out (making it necessary to put in the password on) my PC?

Hi

Thank you for your question, I will do my best to answer it.

If you have a saved password on your PC, the only way you could prevent it being used would be to go online through another device and change the password with your email service provider.

Sync is not a backup service, nor is it cloud storage. Whilst you can go into the Sync or accounts settings on your mobile device and stop that service from working, information already transferred will appear on the PC. The only way I can think of preventing this would be to remove your credentials from the PC, which I appreciate in your case may be a little tricky.
