YOUTUBE have only 240 and 360 quality to chose!
Hello, I have been using Firefox like forever, but now I think to move to IE or chrome, because you made it impossible to use! I can not watch YouTube videos in HD HQ, because in quality settings there is only 240 and 360 quality to chose. But same video on other web browsers works fine even with 4k quality! So fixe it quick, when I weak up I would love to get updated version, other way you will lose me to other browsers! And stop messing around with flash to! There is so many crashes last 3 years, that I'm loosing patience! You are grate, but not that grate as you think you are! There is so many problems, witch you just leaving and leaving, not solving! People hop every time if you mess-up, so you will fix it in next version, but you messing up another version even more and just leaving it not fully functioning and carryon on making it worse!!! stop it! test it! fix it! and then realise it! and listen what people do!

Sorry to hear about this problem. Did this start after you installed the Windows 10 update, or is this a new Windows 10 computer?
To see whether this is a YouTube-only problem, could you test whether you can view MP4 videos in Firefox on a different site -- there is an embedded video about halfway down this page: http://www.quirksmode.org/html5/tests/video.html
If you can play that:
What does YouTube show for you on this page (i.e., which have the checkmark and which have the "!"): https://www.youtube.com/html5
If that video does not work:
Do you possibly have a version of Windows 10 that doesn't include Media Foundation? That would mostly be in European countries where the antitrust settlement required Microsoft to take it out of the standard installation. In that case, you need to install this: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48231

hi, in case you're using a N or KN edition of windows please see in order to install the necessary components for h264 playback: Fix video and audio problems on Firefox for Windows N editions
So you know the problem, but left it lol what a suckers!!!
since h264 is an unfree codec and triggering royalty payments if you ship it to customers, mozilla can't bundle it with its products and is depending on your operating system's capabilities to play back such files.
