How do you enable the bookmarks toolbar by default on a custom installation
We are deploying a custom FF23 installation we want to have our frequently used favorites on the toolbar displayed to all users on first launch of FF. I can populate the favorites bar but the user still has to enable it for it to show up by default.
I know disabled is the default action but is there any way to enable the favorites bar by default?

Not certain but most things can be done with a lockfile and CCK

Mike may well have blogged about that.
