The stop unresponsive script button doesn't work!
It the same script keeps freezing Firefox, then pops up with the dialog, I click stop script, then it instantly freezes again. It then pops back up, I click stop script, then it does it again.
And the 'don't ask me again' doesn't work either.

Hi Petah,
Have you looked at the Warning Unresponsive script - What it means and how to fix it Knowledge Base article? It offers a few other suggestions for troubleshooting and resolving this issue. One of the suggestions is to investigate a theme or extension cause. You can verify this easily by starting Firefox in Safe Mode. If the issue doesn't occur in safe mode, take a look at the Extensions and Themes troubleshooting page.
Hopefully this helps!
My issue is not with the fact I have an unresponsive script, the issue at hand is the dialog doesn't work.
It does not effectively provide a way to stop unresponsive scripts.
Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

So, that checkbox and button still doesn't work in Save mode as well or didn't you test that?
It is quite possible that an extension is causing those issues, no you need to check that out if you haven't done that.
Even if it is a extension that is causing it, Firefox should still be able to abort any unresponsive extension scripts. Otherwise, what is the point of asking me if I want to stop it?
Also, my second point, the 'don't ask me again' checkbox has no effect.
This is seriously annoying for web development. What is the point of having Stop Script when it doesn't work!? I know I sound ungrateful for a great browser - believe me I'm not - but its annoying when you have to end firefox.exe process because Stop Script doesn't stop the script.
