Hi cervorange,
if you can still log in disable it in the settings after logging in on:
You can otherwise do a password reset which should disable your 2FA

Have you tried to reset your password?
Yes, 4 times but i have the same problem
But, there is probably a problem because, i try to verified my email adress but i receive no email (spam or other place) ....
I have a return when i click to confirm my email that it can't send an email to do this....
take a look at this: Firefox Sync Verification Email FAQs
Thank you for your answer but i try all of this and it don't change. I'm blocked....
if you currently have a device connected to your account you can request a recovery key. you can find this option you:
- open "Tools > Options > Sync" or "Firefox > Set Up Sync"
- click "Set Up Firefox Sync" to go to "Firefox Sync Setup"
- click "I Have an Account" : Connect
- click "I don't have the device with me" at the bottom to enter the account settings (email, password, sync key)

Hello, thanks for you're answer, i don't have access to my account but i have a recovery key. The problem is there is not place where i can enter the key. Firefox change identification system and recovery key don't have any utility now...
I try this, but the procedure is différent. When you arrive here :
"2-Check your email and click the password reset link in it."
You reset directly you're password without enter recovery key. So it's what i done. But after it ask me to confirm my gmail account and it say that an email it send but .... no email...
I receive an email from accounts@firefox.com that my password change but no email to confirm....

Do you get the email that lets you change your password? or only one that a password change has been requested?

The second one
is the account still logged in on any of your devices? (sometimes the mail does get sent but doesn't arrive for some reason usually remaking an account on that email should fix this problem)

no, not know....
If it's logged in nowhere, you cannot receive a backup code and 2fa is unavailable then i am afraid there is no possibility for you to log in and delete the account. And as a tip for next time i'd advise you to use an alternative to Google Authenticator. i myself use Authy which is available on multiple devices.

Ok, thank you very much for you're answers and you're time.
I would like to know how many time i have to wait before i can re-use my old email address? I think it's very strange to have no way to do a new account with an old email address. I must create a new email adress just for this....
