Another user reported an issue with one of those five-part Yahoo mail domains.

Is it possible to access your mailbox using a shorter four-part domain, such as:

https://mg.mail.yahoo.com/neo/launch

or does the site always insist on using the one starting with "us"?

Do you use a bookmark or are you starting with the main (home) page of this website?

If you use a bookmark then navigate to the web page starting with the main page or the sign in page in case there is a problem with this bookmark.

Thanks cor-el. I solved my problem. I did try with the bookmark when I had the problem. Finally I did go through the customer support page and got the problem resolved. My desktop is outdated apparently but my laptop is all right. I'll remember your suggestion for next time but I hope it won't be necessary. Best wishes.
