Hello rich380,
Please try the follow options: 1.Clear your history complete! It means, cookies, cache etc. 2.Delete your Adobe Flash Player completely. All folder from Adobe Flash Player from your Hard Drive. Please look in the %appdata% folder too. If you finished, get the newest version of Adobe Flash Player from the official site https://get.adobe.com/uk/flashplayer/?promoid=KLXMF
greetings
Benny
Hi, try disabling hardware acceleration in Flash, and Flash protected mode. See - Adobe Flash plugin has crashed - Prevent it from happening again.
Also try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added it has gradually improved, but there still are a few glitches.
You will need to restart Firefox for this to take effect so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.).
Then perform these steps:
- Click the menu button and select Options on Windows or Preferences on Mac or Linux.
- Select the Advanced panel and then the General tab.
- Uncheck Use hardware acceleration when available.
- Restart Firefox and see if the problems persist.
If the problem is resolved, you should check for updates for your graphics driver by following the steps mentioned in these Knowledge base articles:
If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you.
What media player is used if you check this via the right-click context menu?
Is that a Flash based player or an HTML5 media player?
If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more recent crash reports that start with "bp-":
- bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
You can find the report ID of recent crash reports on the "Help > Troubleshooting Information" page (about:support).
- Click the "All Crash Reports" button on this page to open the about:crashes page and see all crash reports.
Alternatively you can open about:crashes via the location/address bar.
If a line on the about:crashes page doesn't start with "bp-" then click the line to submit the report and the link will be updated and gets a "bp-" prefix if the report is submitted successfully.
