Firefox won't download on my HP
I have the icon for the download on my desk top but when I go to open from my start tab nothing happens.

Are you talking about a file that you have downloaded and saved to the desktop?
Is that about downloading and installing Firefox?
Try this instead:
- Download the full Firefox installer and save the file to the desktop
