What kind of bookmarks backup do you want to create? You can still do this in the Bookmarks Manager (Library) just like in previous versions. Thanks. I did not get it in the menu, but with the cursor over the bookmark logo, it says show your bookmarks (cntl, shift, O) and that does get me there. Problem solved.
