Hi rknepp35,

HTML email is the email that is formatted like a web page, using colors, graphics, table columns and links. So it looks nicer. Text email is an email that only includes text, nothing else.

If you are going to use HTML email please make sure that you check your spam folder as it is more likely to be caught in there .
