I can log on to https://safestorage.rr.com/rr-com_success.asp using Firefox 4.0 but the site does not open correctly. Most of the menu bars are not visible. RoadRunner technical support is able to get the correct page using my User ID and Password.
I get the following error messages---

Did you tell RoadRunner Tech you are using FF4? He might be using IE as most Tech Helps do not use Firefox.
The problem happens with both Firefox 4 and IE 8. My son has no problem with the old Firefox
In that case, you should ask RoadRunner if their website is compatible with FF4.
The problem is not with the RoadRunner web site , but only when I try to use their free 500 MB of backup storage. They said they used FF4 and so the problem was something else I had on my computer. I disabled Avast Free and it did not help. I also have Spybot and Malwarebytes installed
Try to delete the cache and cookies of that site to see if it helps:

Yes, I have deleted the cache and all cookies but that did not help. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program several times with no benefit. I certainly appreciate the time you are taking to help---Thanks
I am sorry, I can't help you any further since I am not using RoadRunner, so I cannot check the site. Maybe someone else in this forum can jump in and give you a hand. Or you can talk to RoadRunner Tech again and see if they can help. If they are using FF4 also, they should be able to check your browser settings to make sure they are compatible with the website.
