Not exactly fully understanding the issue. Is this a path on your local hard drive/s or is this a URL path re-direction ?

If this is a URL Path and you are going to a submit insurance stuff I suggest you follow this please : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-caused-malware Please keep a copy of your report as it may be needed at the malware forum of your choice to help clean out leftovers.
